A family story
The adventure of Papa Cuisine was started around our family table
We are Fleur and Mathieu, two active parents who, each night, end up facing the same challenge : to prepare healthy meals, tasty and suitable for the whole family in a minimum of time.
After searching for solutions to ease our daily life, we soon realized that they were unsatisfactory :
- Lack of servings family : hard to find dishes for the entire family.
- Tastes little suitable for children : the recipes were often too sophisticated or lacked simplicity. We wanted comforting meals that everyone can enjoy, young and old alike.
- A lack of choice vegans and vegetarians To diversify our meals, we wanted dishes vegan and vegetarian of quality.
- Specific needs are ignored : Fleur, intolerant to gluten and lactose, struggled to find meals that fit him.
- Products are impractical and non-ecological : a lot of dishes, frozen, with too many packages and not very respectful of the environment.
It is from this observation that is born Papa Cuisine

Mathieu, our head chef, is at the heart of our culinary adventure. With 15 years of experience gained in renowned restaurants in Montreal and France, he is also a graduate ofÉcole des métiers de la restauration et du tourisme de Montréal.A great traveler and passionate about international cuisine, Mathieu draws his inspiration from culinary traditions from around the world.
Fleurfor its part , is the soul organizing Papa Cuisine. With in-depth experience in business management, it ensures the coordination of every aspect of our service. Communication to the administrative management through the relationship with the customer, Fleur is your preferred interlocutor, and to ensure that every detail of your experience with Papa Cuisine memorable.
